After discussions with Len Smith and
the Committee of Eastbourne Borough Football Club, the Supporters Club
Committee are to present a cheque for £3,500 in the Club bar after the
FA Trophy game versus Cambridge United. The funds were raised over last
season and have been deposited with the bank.. Due to the economic
climate and the lack of home gate revenue, the Supporters Club
committee have taken the decision to release the funds to help support
the football club in these difficult times and would like to invite
supporters to join us in the bar after the final whistle.
