I, Paul Kirk as secretary of Eastbourne Borough Football Club Supporters Club, give notice of the 9th Annual General Meeting.

To be held in "Happy Jacks Bar", Langney Sports Club on Thursday 31st May 2012 at 7.30 p.m.

ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE MEETING

Only holders of membership cards for this season 2011/12 may vote.

All the existing committee are willing to stand for re-election.

N.B. Nominations for election to the committee must have written permission of the nominee and the names of the sponsor and seconder and clearly indicate the post they wish to be considered for.

All nominations to be returned to the secretary.

Closing date 18th May 2012.
